Fanwork's Ceiling Fan Outlet guarantees lower prices than any other authorized online ceiling fan dealer. We want to make sure you’re not paying too much for your purchase so we offer our 110% Price Match Guarantee.

If within 14 days of your purchase of an item on our website, you find a lower advertised price (including shipping and handling) on the "same" item, just let us know and we will be happy to meet that price and beat it by an additional 10% of the difference!

The items must meet the following criteria to qualify:

• The product is in stock and available for immediate shipment from the competitor.
• The advertised price is from an authorized U.S. retailer (online or offline).
• The price is a published price and/or you have a written quotation from a competitor.
• The Price Match Guarantee cannot be applied to previous orders, it only applies to new orders or to open quotes.

Simply e-mail the complete URL (website address) of the competitor’s Web Site, along with your name, phone number, order number, and the details of the price difference to us at sales@fanworksoutlet.net or for any U.S. retail store advertisement, simply mail a copy of the ad along with the above information to:

The Price Match Guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon or promotional offer, nor does it apply to limited-quantity offers, manufacturer's rebates, closeouts, clearances, special, sale, or limited-time discounts, bulk quantity items, or typographical errors. Offer does not include wholesale or "trade", contract or manufacturer direct pricing or below wholesale cost pricing. And sorry but no dealers please.

Please also note the following clarifications:

“Same” is defined as an item of the same styling and product by the same manufacturer with the same product item number. Products must be first quality, all new, factory-sealed, of the same brand, style and SKU. Pricing for Casablanca, Craftmade, Monte Carlo, Minka Aire, Hunter (select models), Tommy Bahama and Airflow Fans can only be matched but not beaten by 10% of the difference due to specified UMRP policies by the manufacturer(s). This offer is subject to change at any time without warning. Fanwork's Inc. reserves the right to determine which offers are from authorized retailers. In the event that Fanwork's Inc. determines that the competitor's offer does not qualify for the Price Match Guarantee, you will be notified within 30 days.
